When Hallvard Fjeldbraaten (writer) and Morten Halvorsen (art director) were students in Norway, they created a brilliant fictitious ad concept for Elements Skateboards. Skaters could 'claim' locations where they've pulled off their best tricks . Hallvard & Morten received a slew of awards for this campaign including Gold and Silver Clio Awards in 2009. Now they  both work at Leo Burnett in Chicago. One disclosure- Hallvard worked for me a few years ago as an intern and I adore him, but this is still really great work. Design for engagement.
